Last time getting burned by In demand! We got take out right after y'all opened and it was excellent, but everything after that has been an incredible disappointment. Does everything look good in the video? Yep, but it sure didn't taste that way. Lobster rolls were made with very low quality lobster, it tasted funny and was chewy and stringy. Steak in the steak sandwich was disgustingly fatty. And fries were soggy and limp. We ended up throwing over half of it away because we literally couldn't get through it, it was so bad. Like I said, I had really high hopes for y'all when you opened, but the quality has diminished steadily since then. This order was on July 3rd.

We ordered several small plates. We had the 5 skewer combo, the small plate sampler 1, and the Bulgarian loaded fries. Everything was prompt, hot, and delicious. I do have, begging the pardon of the chef, one suggestion. The toppings on the fries desperately needed a binder. Since they already have parmesan cheese, melt it and drizzle it. The chorizo and goat cheese will stick.

My husband and I had dinner here for our Valentineโs Day date. Bruce took care of our table and did a great job talking to us and answering questions about the menu. Appetizers came out quickly and entrees not too long after. We shared the apps and a couple bites of each otherโs entrees. Everything we had was delicious. The Mac balls were the best I had at a restaurant, they were so creamy inside. Steak sandwich had a great flavor and I really enjoyed my lobster rolls. This was our first time here and we already want to come back and try a lot more.

update: Will never be back. we dined in and the pad Thai was not good at all. There was no consistency in quality and we expected better food dining in. The pad Thai was lacking any flavor or sauce and could have been day old reheated leftovers from the taste and look of it. Then there was the absentee service. The server was on his phone the whole time and we needed extra napkins for wings. I was previously impressed by the pad Thai, but I have serious questions about the lime. Who decided to put that nasty looking lime wedge on my to go order? Luckily, I had a good lime at home and Iโm not grossed out easily. It was clear that whoever made the actual food did a great job, but this lime should have never been included. It was my first time here and an online prepaid order. I did not automatically add tip so maybe someone was upset and put a nasty lime in. The pad Thai was some of the best Ive had in the area, so I hope they can do better with condiments and extras next time.

I want to share that prior to leaving this review I reached out to the restaurant to provide a chance to collect their thoughts and see what they had to say. Iโm leaving this review after not hearing back. Seems that our experience may not matter. We were excited to try something new! We used to eat at Hoppโs at this location and this was our first time eating in the new restaurant. Came in about 6:30 on a Saturday. There were two other people we saw other than ourselves. We sat at the bar to eat and have some drinks. Originally we had planned on spending time here trying multiple dishes and having drinks. After experiencing what we did, I quit eating my food and didnโt order anymore. Just paid and left to go elsewhere. We ordered our first round of drinks and food orders to try. Our food came out and not too long after starting to eat, we notice that the bartender starts eating off a plate and then licking her hands and sucking her fingers off. She then continues to handle food, make drinks and go in the kitchen without washing. We were immediately disgusted and quit eating and she even used her hands to put a flower in my girlfriendโs drink so naturally sheโs disgusted having dr
